We understand that every organization is different. Should our plans not meet your requirements, please contact us and we'll be happy to offer a custom plan tailored to your needs.

How does the free trial work?

Should you not like to continue using Planio, you do not need to do anything. We won't charge you during or at the end of the free trial. If you would like to continue using Planio, we will ask you to enter your payment details at the end of the trial. Of course, your Planio account and all data will remain active.

How long is the contract period?

You pay on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel your plan at any point in time. There are no long term commitments or hidden cost. Once you cancel, you will be charged for the current month, but we will not charge you again.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, of course! You can switch plans at any time. Just click customer account in the menu. Any changes will come into effect immediately without delay.

Do I get a free trial when updating?

If you change from our free Bronze plan to a paying plan, unfortunately you are not eligible for the free trial period. The free trial on paying plans only applies if you register for one of them now. You can downgrade your plan at anytime.

Can I import my data from another platform?

We will be happy to help transfer your existing data to make your transition as smooth as possible. In many cases, we are able to simply import data from third party platforms. Simply get in touch and we will discuss your options. All initial data imports are free of charge, of course.

Can I export my data in case I need to cancel?

We don't own your Planio data — you do! If you need to cancel your Planio account, please contact us before you do in order to get a free SQL data export of your entire Planio database.

Can we use Planio within our own data center?

Within our Enterprise plan, we can host and maintain Planio within your own data center. Please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss your options.
