How does the free trial work?

If you cancel your plan within the first 30 days, you will not be charged anything. If you cancel at a later point, we will immediately stop charging you. Please note that we cannot reimburse payments that have already been processed.

How long is the contract period?

You pay on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel your plan at any point in time. There are no long term commitments or hidden cost. Once you cancel, you will be charged for the current month, but we will not charge you again.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, of course! You change between the plans at anytime. Just click customer account in the menu. Any changes will come into effect immediately without delay.

Do I get a free trial when updating?

If you change from our free Bronze plan to a paying plan, unfortunately you are not eligible for the free trial period. The free trial on paying plans only applies if you register for one of them now. You can downgrade your plan at anytime.

Can I export my data in case I need to cancel?

We don't own your Planio data — you do! If you need to cancel your Planio account, please contact us before you do in order to get a free SQL data export of your entire Planio database.
