Working Remotely – Jack’s Journey Out of the Office

Employees regularly cite the option of working remotely as something they’d love. In fact, 80-90% of U.S. workers say they’d like to work from home at least part of the time.

At the same time, not all companies favor remote work. Yahoo famously banned remote work because they felt it was being abused.

When we talked with 11 different experts from project management and the agile world, we found very stark differences in opinion on remote work.

We believe that working remotely can be done, and at Planio we’re living proof of it. We have a distributed team that stretches across the globe, and honestly we like to think we’re pretty productive.

So, our talented designer Desirée Themsfeldt created an infographic outlining Jack’s journey from being stuck in the office to working remotely.
