Once a document management system has been set up for customer projects in the consulting organization, the project management had to be expanded on this basis. After a short period of time, Planio was chosen as the provider. After the very first presentation of the online platform, it became clear that the needs of Software AG could be covered seamlessly. Therefore, Planio created a custom interface between the document management and the new platform. That made projects efficient and executable with highest quality and without friction losses. Just a month after the roll-out, more than 100 projects in over 50 countries (USA, India, Spain, etc.) were processed via the Planio platform.
