Collaboratively maintain files
A major part of collaborative project work is editing and reviewing common documents. Planio offers three different, well-proven methods for this task.

Documents can be uploaded directly via the documents page on the Planio website. Here, all files are listed and become ready for download to all project participants. This way, everyone has access to the latest versions at anytime. Without cumbersome updates per e-mail, all project participants always are on the same page.
The integrated repository enables versioning for files and directories. Free, external tools turn a dedicated, local folder on your PC into your project folder which can then be synchronized with other project members' folders. Currently, Planio supports the version control systems SVN and Git.
