Should you not like to continue using Planio, you do not need to do anything. We won't charge you during or at the end of the free trial. If you would like to continue using Planio, we will ask you to enter your payment details at the end of the trial. Of course, your Planio account and all data will remain active.
You pay on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel your plan at any point in time. There are no long term commitments or hidden cost. Once you cancel, you will be charged for the current month, but we will not charge you again.
Yes, of course! You can switch plans at any time. Just click Customer Account in the menu within your Planio account. Any changes will come into effect immediately without delay.
If you change from our free Bronze plan to a paying plan, unfortunately you are not eligible for the free trial period. The free trial on paying plans only applies if you register for one of them now. You can downgrade your plan at anytime.
We will be happy to help transfer your existing data to make your transition as smooth as possible. In many cases, we are able to import data from third party platforms. Simply get in touch and we will discuss your options. We don't guarantee that an import will be possible — but if it is, we'll do it happily and for free.
Your information belongs to you — and only you! If you need to cancel your Planio account, please contact us before you do in order to get a free SQL data export of your entire Planio database.
In Planio, you can easily “archive” projects and “lock” users. Archived projects are no longer accessible and locked users can no longer sign in to their accounts. They do not count towards your plan limits and are free of charge. However, they can always be “unarchived” or “unlocked” if your plan allows it.
