Use the drop down menu for each field to match your CSV column headers to the correct Planio field titles. This way, Planio knows what data goes where. If your project is set up as standard (no custom fields for example), this will be straightforward. If you do have custom columns in your CSV, these fields have to already exist as custom fields in Planio to be able to import them.

If something can't be imported (for example if the column "start date" has only text in it) then Planio will let you know what is wrong so that you can edit your CSV and then try again with no problems.
